Sanitary Water & Sewage Treatment

Implementing adequate depuration facilities for sanitary water is mandatory for any community to reduce the spread of water-borne diseases and the impact of wastewater on the environment, whether onshore or offshore.

The sanitary water plants are based on our proprietary technology consisting of a prefabricated, self-contained, metallic-type module. Several standard sizes are available, though the range of an entire plant can vary from 10 to 10,000 people.

In the activated sludge system, the water to be treated is first brought into contact with recycled activated sludge, then passes through to an oxygenation area before moving to sedimentation.

Cannon Artes’ modularized sanitary treatment plant is also available with the EmbioArt® membrane bioreactor (MBR) or Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology, providing a simple, compact, better-performing package with a lower footprint. With such technological improvements, wastewater reuse for irrigation is no longer an issue.

Ask our experts how a minor design improvement in the sanitary treatment system can positively affect the life of your communities.
